Have you ever imagined a child’s art could keep them in school?
In Kampala, Uganda, it does. We sell paintings, bags, tees, notebooks and stationery, each carrying a design inspired by an original painting by a child.
70% of every purchase goes toward school fees for children from families who can't afford them. The remaining 30% funds more art classes. Our running costs are covered separately through grants and donations, so your purchase stays with the children.
Since 2019, over 120 children have stayed in class this way.

A child paints
At our art centre in Masanafu, Uganda, children paint whatever they want. Nobody paints for the market, they paint to express themselves. Only afterwards do we choose a few works to become prints.

We turn it into something you'd use
Trained young adults photograph, design and print the chosen artwork onto durable notebooks, recycled-denim totes, purses, tees, cards and mugs, all made here in Uganda. No child makes the products; their place is in the art class.

Inside the studio
What arrives is an original painting by a child.
Signed in the corner, made by a child who is in school because people choose to buy their work. When that painting is printed onto a notebook, a recycled-denim tote or a purse, it is made here in Uganda and tagged with the young artist's name. Every time you look at it, you are looking at the reason a child stayed in class.
