What we collect
When you buy something, we collect what we need to send it to you: your name, address and email. When you browse, we automatically receive your IP address, which tells us which browser and system you are using. If you say yes to emails, we may write to you about new products and news from the studio.
Your consent
Giving us your details to place an order, pay, arrange delivery or return an item means you agree we can use them for that order. For anything else, such as marketing, we ask you first and you can always say no. Changed your mind? Email store@facesup.org with the subject "Privacy" and we will stop.
When we share it
We only share your information if the law requires it, or if you break our terms.
Where the store lives
Our store runs on WordPress. Your data sits on their secure servers, behind a firewall.
Payments
Card payments are handled by DPO, not by us. Card data is encrypted to the PCI-DSS standard, and transaction details are kept only until your purchase is complete, then deleted. We recommend reading DPO's own terms.
Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry practice so your information is not lost, misused or altered. Card details are protected by SSL in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. No system online is perfect, but we follow PCI-DSS and accepted standards.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your preferences and to see how the site is used. We also use Google Analytics remarketing, so we and other vendors, including Google, may show our ads on other sites based on your visit here.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time, and changes apply as soon as they appear here. If the store is ever sold or merged, your information may pass to the new owners so we can keep serving you.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to make a complaint, email store@facesup.org with the subject "Privacy Change".
