During the lockdown, we planted a lot of crops including maize, cabbage and other vegetables so that they could grow fast and provide us with the food we needed since my parents were no longer working. Nabulime is an 18-year-old multimedia artist. Her artworks seek to echo the life and struggles of young girls to engage the audience in examining the silenced world of teenage girls.
