Self-Reflection Tee

Sometimes, when I look in the mirror, I remember the girl I used to be. There was a time when I didn't believe in myself. I was shy, quiet, and often felt like I wasn't enough. Even when I smiled, I didn't always see the beauty that other people saw in me. As I spent more time creating art, something slowly began to change. Every painting helped me find a little more confidence. I started to love who I am, my smile, my story, and being proudly African. That is why one side of my hair blooms like a flower. It reminds me that confidence grows when we learn to believe in ourselves. This painting is called Self Reflection because it reminds me that the person I am becoming is someone I am proud of.
