On every artwork sold, 70% is saved into a joint school fees fund which caters for the payment of school fees for over 50 pupils. 30% is deducted as an administrative cost to support our operations. On products featuring design prints by the child(ren), 50% is reinvested into the production of more products, 20% is deducted as administrative costs while 30% is saved into a joint school fees fund. In case a third party is interested in the design print of the minor, Faces Up Uganda notifies the guardian and proceeds with the arrangement after receiving approval from the guardian. When this happens, the minor receives 50% of sales, and 50% is deducted as administration costs.
